Sometimes the hardest part is just knowing where to start.  Our EcoHome Basic walk through provides a first-look analysis of your home to determine simple steps you can take to lower energy costs, reduce your carbon footprint and live a healthier lifestyle.

EcoHome Chicago will complete a thorough assessment of your home, including:

• Weatherization strategies
• Appliance efficiencies
• Water usage
• Waste reduction opportunities
• Window and door air tightness
• Air sealing and building envelope quality

A typical EcoHome Basic walk-through takes 1 1/2 hours, depending on the size of your home.  Once completed, we will create a customized EcoHome Checklist and Guide, outlining steps and strategies to consider as well as resources and helpful hints to make implementing changes easier.
